- The structuring of job rankings
- Updating governance systems and quality standards
3- Department of Regulations and Legislations
It is concerned with identifying the regulations and legislations proposed to be reviewed and proposed to amend or develop them in a way that stimulates attracting capital, including:Developing systems that:
- Stimulate the external environment.
- Serve the internal environment.
- Serve environmental sustainability.
- Stimulate change management (financial, administrative, and cultural).
4- Department of Studies and Consultations
It specializes in providing studies and consultations for contributing to The Financial Sustainability of The University, for example:
- Conducting studies and providing consultations to enhance and develop the investment environment at the University and to conclude partnerships and alliances with strategic partners from inside and outside the Kingdom.
- Holding training courses and workshops for those concerned with developing the investment environment inside and outside the University.
