Workshops to determine the colleges’ commitments tothe financial sustainability plan
As an aspiration to enhance the university's ambitious plan for achieving the Kingdom's 2030 vision in developing and improving the quality of services provided to meet the needs and comply with the current and future requirements in the sustainability of the university's financial resources.
And as a continuation of the series of events related to the financial sustainability plan, the university held this workshop to determine the percentage of college participation in the financial sustainability plan initiatives, in the following initiatives trends:
Teaching and Learning Initiatives:
Determining the scientific departments in the college that can offer various educational programs such as distance education, parallel education, postgraduate studies, the number of students in each program, and what are the capabilities required to implement these programs.
Research and Development Initiatives:
Determining the projects that each college can submit to implement the initiatives of this trend and apply the balanced scorecard for these projects and the initiatives necessary to implement these projects.
Community Service Initiatives:
Determining the diplomas and courses that can be offered by the college, the number of students who can be provided with the service in attendance or from outside the Kingdom (for females and males) and the tuition fees for these courses and diplomas.
Human Capital Initiatives:
Determining the projects that each college can submit to each college to implement the initiatives of this trend and apply the balanced scorecard for these projects and the initiatives necessary to implement these projects.
